Richmond’s reusable conductive Heel Grounders provide continuous grounding of personnel to an ESD flooring system when worn over the shoe. Heel Grounders are adjustable to fit almost all types of shoes and are supplied standard with a 1 megohm resistor built in.

All Richmond reusable Heel Grounders feature the one-piece construction, dual-surface conductive cup that can be reversed when the contact surface becomes worn or soiled. This ensures consistent contact with ESD flooring.
