TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Field Service Mats & Kits

Our top quality field service kit is the ideal product for protecting static-sensitive components and circuit boards against the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD). An accepted rate of static decay enables this dissipative work surface to reduce the danger of ESD damage during repair functions in the field. The tough, long-lasting work mat features a resilient outer layer that prevents tears and resists punctures, and a buried conductive inner layer that guarantees consistent electrostatic discharge. Mats have bound edging for long life and measure 24"x24", with two handy 8" x12" pockets. Field service mats are lightweight and fold neatly into a technician’s case. Standard field service kits include one mat (red or blue) a 15’ ground wire, a 10’ coil cord and a fabric adjustable wrist band.
